Tinjauan Literatur Secara Sistematis Terhadap Anteseden Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

Organisasi saat ini melakukan pendekatan terhadap sumber daya manusia melalui praktek perilaku organisasi.  Organizational Citizenship Behavior diyakini memberikan dampak yang baik bagi praktek sdm berkinerja tinggi, karena karyawan akan melakukan peran ekstra dalam organisasi tempatnya berafiliasi.  Namun Organizational Citizenship Behavior ini didukung oleh beberapa anteseden yang memberikan pengaruh cukup besar.  Penelitian ini bermaksud melakukan tinjauan literature secara sistematis terhadap anteseden Organizational Citizenship Behavior.  Adapun yang menjadi anteseden dari Organizational Citizenship Behavior meliputi Kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan, iklim organisasi, keterlibatan karyawan, spiritual intelligence, komitmen organisasi.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan dari jurnal-jurnal dan buku yang memuat tentang Organizational Citizenship Behavior, sehingga peneliti dapat melakukan analisis secara mendalam dan menarik kesimpulan.
