The objective of this activity is to enhance the competencies of junior high school teachers in Sigi Regency in creating teaching modules using Problem-Based Learning (PBL) with a Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach. This study employed a collaborative training design involving 32 junior high school teachers grouped into small teams of 3-4 members. The training activities were conducted through four stages: preparation and needs assessment, conceptual training and workshop implementation, implementation and mentoring, and evaluation and dissemination. Each group discussed creating teaching modules starting with formulating learning objectives, determining differentiated assessments, and designing learning steps by applying PBL syntax adapted to students' ability levels through the TaRL approach. The results showed that all groups successfully developed PBL-based teaching modules with a TaRL approach systematically and were able to conduct learning simulations effectively. This training proved effective in enhancing teachers' understanding of differentiated learning and their ability to design contextual learning that is adaptive to individual student learning needs.Downloads
