Abstract

This article aims to provide insight into how women can contribute to efforts to prevent and control HIV/AIDS, both within the family and the wider community. The presence of HIV/AIDS remains a serious global health challenge. Education is an essential component in HIV/AIDS prevention efforts, and women, as the main socialization agents in the family, have a significant influence in disseminating prevention information. By considering effective prevention strategies, this article proposes a more inclusive approach that involves women as active partners in family health decision-making. This involves increasing women's access to health education, social support, and economic support to empower them in HIV/AIDS prevention efforts. By actively involving women in education and prevention, it can reduce the incidence of HIV/AIDS and improve the overall health of the family.
