Open-access policy

MESIL is an open-access journal. Published articles are available online without a reader subscription fee. Where an article file is available on the journal website, readers may view or download it without payment to the journal.

Use of content

Open access does not mean that every reuse is free of conditions. Citation, redistribution, and adaptation are governed by the copyright and licence stated for each article. Users must provide appropriate attribution and respect rights not granted by the licence.

Access to unpublished manuscripts

Manuscripts undergoing editorial processing are confidential and may be accessed only by authorised parties for editorial purposes. The open-access policy applies to published content, not to submissions still under review.
