Publisher and management

Jurnal MESIL (Mesin Elektro Sipil) is published by the Center for Research and Development Indonesia (CERED Indonesia). Editorial management is carried out by the Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board according to their areas of expertise, with administrative and technical support from the journal’s management.

Editorial responsibility

The Editorial Board is responsible for manuscript handling, reviewer selection, assessment of peer-review reports, and publication recommendations in accordance with journal policy. Editorial decisions are based on relevance, scholarly quality, contribution, integrity, review outcomes, and policy compliance; they must not be determined by commercial interests or personal relationships.

Management transparency

The Editorial Board and reviewer lists, affiliations, and roles are displayed on the Editorial Team page and updated when changes occur. Any statement about the publisher’s legal ownership or legal entity must accurately reflect the publisher’s official records.
